The audit firm will be selected upon the tender (bidding) results under the Consultants’ Qualifications Selection (CQS) method, in accordance with the procedures of the ADB given in the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and its Borrowers which can be found at the following website: http://beta.adb.org/documents/guidelines-use-consultants-adb-and-its-borrowers

 Interested  firms  are recommended to fill  and submit the  EOI  at the appropriate ADB website and send their EOI translation in the Russian language to the e-mail address given below.

The deadline for EOI submission is till 15.00 Tashkent time, 2 March 2012.
