An audit firm will be hired for the audit of financial statements of Executive Office of SJSC "Uzbekenergo", Unitary Enterprise "Talimarjan Thermal Power Plant", accounts of Talimarjan Power Project ("Expansion of Talimarjan TPP with the construction of two units of combined cycle gas turbine power plant with a capacity of 450 MW" Project) and accounts of Talimarjan Transmission Project ("Construction of 500 kV high voltage line "Talimarjan TPP - Substation Sogdiana" with 500 kV outdoor switchgear at Talimarjan TPP" Project) for the year ending 31 December 2011.

   The operating showcase of Solar Power Plant is installed at Power Electric Faculty of the Tashkent State Technical University. This project is a result of signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between SJSC "Uzbekenergo" and the Korean company "Semyung Electric". This unit had been provided gratuitously by Korean Party.

   In advance of the holiday of the 20-anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the hi-tech equipment of the Japanese manufacture had been delivered ahead of the schedule to OJSC "Tashkent Heat and Power Plant". First two trailers with large-sized cargo (this are spare parts to the gas turbine and the generator) were delivered at OJSC "Tashkent Heat and Power Plant"

From 1^st to 3d June of the current year in atrium of pavilion № 4 of "Uzexpocenter" the Branch Industry Exposition of a fuel and energy complex of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan had been hold. The aim of exposition was the further development of intra-branch cooperation, increasing and expansion of assortment produced and localizable production, the conclusion of contracts on delivery and purchase of materials. And also modernization and technical re-tooling of the Power Branch that is a necessary condition for attraction of foreign investments for creation of additional capacities.

According to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Branch Industrial Exposition is going to be held at exhibition spaces of «Uzexpocentre» during the period June 1-3, 2011.

The achievements of the Republic in the field of the newest technology, manufacture of import substitution production and others will be presented at the exposition.

The samples of the industrial production manufactured by the enterprises of SJSC "Uzbekenergo" will be presented in Exposition Pavilion № 4.

SJSC "Uzbekenergo" is taking necessary measures for steady functioning of power industry enterprises, realizing forecast indexes of industrial activity, implementing of the major priorities of social and economic development of the Republic in 2011.

On January 15^th, 2011 the expanded session of board has taken place in SJSC "Uzbekenergo". It was devoted to the results of social and economic development, deepening of structural reforms in SJSC "Uzbekenergo" in 2010 and measures on provision of steady development of branch in 2011.

According to the branch program "Year of harmoniously advanced generation" regional competitions among youth of SJSC "Uzbekenergo" enterprises in the cities of Andizhan, Bukhara, Samarkand and Urgench have taken place. Competitions have passed on three categories 1) creative show – competition "the History of my enterprise", 2) intellectual competition of experts "the Brain - Ring" and competitions on mini-football.
